Discounts:

The following discounts are provided for multi-week packages paid up front by the following dates. I understand that if I cancel registered camp dates or other memberships that make me eligible for a discount, I will be responsible for paying the standard rates for all services received.

Evening Martial Arts Add On	All students in the summer camp enrolled in multi-week packages who wish to take evening martial arts classes, may add evening classes for $45 / month or $90 for two months. Students on existing contracts will have their evening martial arts rates prorated while they are participating in a camp package.

Deposit and Payment Due Dates:

In order to reserve a camp seat, a non-refundable Registration Fee of $25 per child is due at time of registration, as well as a deposit of 25% of the camp tuition costs for reserved dates. Payment dates for paid up front discount packages are as shown above in order to be eligible for the discounts. All remaining tuition and camp fees are due by Monday, May 22nd for pre-registrations, and at least two weeks in advance for all weekly registrations made after May 22nd. Payments made less than 2 weeks in advance are subject to a 10% tuition surcharge, and

payments which are late are subject to an additional 5% tuition surcharge (15% total for late payments).

Refund Policy

All Registration Fees and Deposits are non-refundable. All other payments are refundable to the degree indicated on the following schedule.

Registered Camp dates are binding and may only be changed at the discretion of The Camp pending availability of seating, staffing, and transportation arrangements. A student’s non-attendance for registered camp dates without prior written approval by The Camp will be counted the same as attendance and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Prorated refunds will not be given for short term student illness or in cases of students sent home for misbehavior. Camp staff will make all efforts to reschedule students who are unable to attend for a week or longer due to injury or illness with a doctor’s note, subject to seat availability.

Camp Rules and Procedures:

Parents are responsible for ensuring that students follow all camp rules and will obey the instructions of camp counselors and staff at all times. Students who fail to respond to appropriate redirection and discipline may be sent home for the day. Students who continue to disobey instructions and camp rules might be suspended or from the camp for multiple days, or expelled. Refunds for students expelled due to misbehavior will be given according to the refund policy above.
Children who are contagious or who are otherwise ill should remain home until they are able to participate safely in camp activities. Students who are visibly ill will be requested to be sent home and should be picked up as soon as possible. Children who have a contagious illness may not attend the program until their illness is no longer contagious.
Unless otherwise specified, students should not bring electronics, toys, games, game systems, or other expensive items to the camp. Camp owners and staff are not liable for any items that are lost, damaged, or destroyed.
Only adults listed on the registration form will be allowed to pick up students. Any changes to transportation or emergency contacts must be made in writing prior to student pick up. Authorized adults must sign the child out of the program each day.
Parents will sign their children in and sign them out each camp day. Children will not be released until a designated adult has signed for them.
A snack will be provided to students each day. Parents will provide students with an appropriate lunch, reusable water bottle, additional snack if needed, flip-flops or sandals, and any attire necessary for field trips (i.e. hat, sneakers, swimsuit, suntan lotion, towel). Parents agree to pay an additional fee of $15 if camp staff are required to secure a lunch for a student, and that students without appropriate attire might not be able to fully participate in or attend field trip activities.

Registered Camp Dates:

Please select the weeks that you would like to register your child for the camp. Camp weeks do not need to be consecutive (for example if you have a planned family vacation, etc.), but weeks may not be subdivided.

PLEASE NOTE, there is NO CAMP the week of JULY 3rd through JULY 7th.
